Job Opening: Part Time Instructor

Responsibilities:
· Provide therapeutic riding instruction for individuals with disabilities, following individualized treatment
plans and PATH Intl./CHA guidelines.
· Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to each rider's goals and abilities.
· Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for both riders and horses.
· Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on therapeutic riding
practices.
Qualifications
· Current PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) certification or CHA Instructor of Riders
with Disabilities. Current riding instructor working towards PATH/CHA preferred
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Strong understanding of disabilities and their impact on riding skills.
· Excellent horsemanship skills and experience in handling and working with horses.
· Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to helping individuals with disabilities achieve
their goals.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with riders, parents, therapists, and
volunteers.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
